The electrostatic spraying technology uses a powder-air mixture.
A small fluidized bed is provided in the powder feed hopper to form a powder-air mixture. In some cases, the vibration of the feed hopper helps prevent clogging or accumulation of powder before it enters the conveyor line. The powder is delivered to the spray gun through a hose, and the nozzle of the spray gun forms a charged electrode due to the input of high-voltage direct current.
